Bookings must be cancelled at least 2 days (48 hours) before arrival to avoid a one night fee. Cancellation policy over the New Year's Holiday is 21
days prior to arrival
Saturday arrivals are not accepted. New Year's reservations are for a minimum 3 night stay. No arrivals will be accepted on December 30 or 31. Maximum stay is 7 days. There is a $20 charge per night for additional adults. An energy surcharge is charged upon arrival at the front desk. Rollaway beds are available upon request for an additional fee payable to the hotel upon check in.
